§ Short Bio

Tiffany Hill-Nhau is a founder, author, and southerner writing at the intersection of innovation, policy, and the future of family.

A Northwestern graduate who came up through private equity and Big 4 consulting, Tiffany has spent her career deploying capital, shaping policy, and serving on boards focused on adoption, fertility, and parenting. She has helped deploy $1M in adoption grants across 159 Georgia counties and led FMLA research inside Fortune 500 boardrooms.

Her forthcoming book, The Cost of Family, asks what it actually costs — financially, emotionally, structurally — to build a family in modern America.
