Tiffany Hill-Nhau is a founder, author, and southerner writing at the intersection of innovation, policy, and the future of family.
A Northwestern graduate who came up through private equity and Big 4 consulting, Tiffany has spent her career deploying capital, shaping policy, and serving on boards focused on adoption, fertility, and parenting. She has helped deploy $1M in adoption grants across 159 Georgia counties and led FMLA research inside Fortune 500 boardrooms.
