As President of Gift of Adoption Fund's Georgia chapter, she works directly with families navigating the financial and emotional complexities of adoption. Drawing from years of experience in high-growth startup environments and mission-driven nonprofits, Tiffany brings analytical rigor and deep empathy to the conversation around modern parenthood. Her debut book, The Cost of Family: How Systems Decide Who Gets to Belong, is forthcoming.
